2 more months!
Can't believe it but it is only 2 months when we will leave Perth. We've made the reservations and will pay for them in the next couple weeks. April 8 is our departure date. We are going to Melbourne for 5 days and then Hawaii for a couple and then back to SF.
Of course we have soooo much to do until then. The house is moving along more and more. Whitey was supposed to get his removable walking cast on the 26th of Jan. but the doctor said he wanted the bone graft and fusion to be 100% so gave him another fibreglass one for another 4 weeks. This one he has a little boot with it so can start to put some weight on it, but it is still a cast. He is in less pain so can at least be upright and supervise really well.
I have yet to tell my work. I will probably work until the end of March. It's mostly difficult to keep it quiet there but they are the type of company that would not treat me nice if they knew ahead of time.
And on top of everything, the social calender is rapidly filling in. But we are having fun!
It's going to be a gorgeous, sunny day of 27 C (80 F).
Your concert sounds like it was fun, Ellie! Tell Davis we want a solo when we see him next.
