Hi everyone!
Ellie, it was great to have you visit for so long. We wish that our remodeling and construction would have been completed for a little bit more comfortable accomodations...
Speaking of our construction- it is underway again- and very noisy. With the next door neighbor's construction and ours- it's going to be very, very noisy around here.
Megan swam in the State Championships this past weekend. She had not qualified for any individual events but was asked to swim on three relays. Relays are fun because they're working as a team and the spectators enjoy cheering them on. She swam very well and her times helped the team.
Marisa started back with some band classes at school- playing her flute.
I start a new class this week. I just keep plugging along.
I finally found my results on the 10K (thanks, Dad)- my time was 52:38- a little less than a minute slower from my last 10K in 1997. It was still a decent time.
Duane has been busy working the deals- and his fun in with us and his buddies (they have been doing some very long mountain trail rides- which they love).
Well, summer is towards it's end-auugh- and we haven't done everything on our list...
