can you say 'Condominium'?
Hi everyone:
In case you have not heard, we have made an offer which was accepted to purchase a condo in Sandy, Utah. After looking at alot of homes in Sugarhouse/Liberty Park area, we decided this was the best deal for our needs. It's a good price, can be rented easily, and won't require the maintenance needs that an older home would. We're excited about it all. Just finishing up the financing, inspection and should close on the 27th when we are in Utah. I think it will be easier for George and Ellie to check on it than anyone else since it is sooooo far south. Seriously, we're hiring a property manager so all should be easy.
So we are extending our vacation and will stay until the 29th. Finish business easier and have more FUN with everyone.
